Japanese Modern Wooden House in Sendai – Kasumi

This house located in a hill, and to relate it with the neighboring houses, it was placed along the site. The site is scraggly so where the site descends towards the cliff side, the house is lifted up. With unique structure and floor-to-ceiling windows, this house offers nice view to Sendai. Designed by Japanese Kiyonobu Nakagame Architects, this house takes 148.95 sq. meters floor area with application of hydronic radiant floor heating on the first floor in order to prevent the coldness because of strong north winds blowing up the hill.
