Fritz Residence – Simple Modernistic Suburban House

Simple Modernistic Suburban House

This modern house is designed by OJMR Architects. A 2,600 square feet building is a residential building for retired couple. It is located in Palm Springs, California. The house consists of two blocks which are connected together to create a corner with guest bedrooms in one wing and in the other wing is master suite. Between the wings, there are some public areas like kitchen, living room, and dining room. Every room connected to the courtyard via sliding glass walls. The house is simple with rectangular shape located on a flat irregularly lot at the end of cul-de-sac and wrapped around the pool. It created an enclosure that is open to the outdoors.
