The house is designed on 2500 sq. ft. area, sited in a traditional Philadelphia row house. The concept of the block house design is to maximize daylight and living space without losing privacy. Natural light covered every level of the house through the skylight. There is a roof terrace with heightened parapet walls to create external sunning space. Here the family can enjoy outdoor space open to the sky but private for neighbors. Moto Designshop has designed the living space of this house in double height and situated the master bedroom and bath on the third floor. The natural light floods them from 15? glass block wall.
