
This floating house located on Lake Union, Seattle, Washington. This two level house uses exterior materials that have aesthetic value and low maintenance. The first level uses aluminum panels and storefront windows while on the second level, Slatescape Xtreme panels blend with the Alaskan Cedar windows. The public space is housed in the second floor and private spaces consist of entry, guest bedroom and bath, master bedroom and bath.
