This house is sited on 322 sq. ft. corner lot in Tokyo with only 899 sq. ft. of total floor space. But the architect has designed this Penguin house to be seemed larger. Yasuhiro Yamashita, the architect of Atelier Tekuto has manipulated the ceiling height and the natural light is streamlined to get the feeling of larger space inside the house. This small house has three floors, the first floor is amusement area, in the second floor there are a small bathroom and bedroom and last in the third floor is accommodate a living and working area. Here, in the top floor, there are wall-to-wall windows creating a light box like so the light and views can through into the house.
