The Villa provides maximum thermal insulation, noise reduction and weather resistance combined with sustainability features; a solar thermal system which is invisibly integrated into the zinc façade. The Villa also offers a geothermal system from a high efficiency heat pump and photovoltaic thin film generates electric power. The rain water is collected for the garden’s irrigation system.
