Lawson House Design in California

The house design of Lawson in Brentwood, California is unique. Focusing in the kitchen, the kitchen design becomes the essential part of the house. The house features three level hybrid cylindrical volume enclose the kitchen in the first floor. The top house has a unique shape with the cutting and transforming cone shape. The kitchen room is in cylindrical form with cone-roofshape. Above, there is an ocean view deck. The program of this house design is very dynamic; also the winding staircase is charming. This unique house was designed by the famous architect Eric Owen Moss on 80’ x 180’ site.
