This single house was designed for a young couple located in a closed neighborhood, 30km away from Buenos Aires, Argentina. The site dimensions are 20 meters wide and 50 meters length with 3 meter of lateral retreats. This modern house was designed with the strong consideration to let the natural light flooded the entire house indirectly. One that is not abandoned by the architect is the natural surrounding with the amazing view of the lake. The Black house was designed by Andrés Remy Architects with the contrasting of white interiors and black exteriors.
