The house in “The Rivera” classic Santa Barbara site was designed with sustainale design. This is a small house with the mansion’s facilities, including two-car garage with open living/dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, guest bedroom and bath, home gym, powder room, two home offices with office bath, outdoor dining area, outdoor lounge areas, lap pool, and 1,400 square feet of lower-level storage.

The environmental friendly house has three levels with 270-degree view of the Pacific Ocean. This house was designed by Shubin & Donaldson featuring passive solar electricity, solar water and floor heating, natural air flow and nergy-efficient appliances as the sustainable design codes.
