The Contemporary House Design in Manhattan Beach

This house in Manhattan Beach was built by California-based design/builder Steve Lazar for his family. The entrance of the house can be reached by ascending a series of Mangaris wood steps while walking alongside a river of water flowing over riverbed stones. The house boasts three level structure of stained and polished Mangaris wood.

The living room has a panoramic view of the shoreline that can be enjoyed via sliding-glass pocket doors. The interior is so spacious with contemporary furniture. The kitchen is integrated with dining area where clean custom cabinetry with stainless steel finishes placed there.
