The House Design in Johannesburg, South Africa

This is a new house project in Johannesburg, South Africa which is designed by Nico Van Der Meulen Architects Precisely, the house is situated on a 4000sq.m stand in Eccleston Rd, Bryanston. The interior design of this new 1400 sq.m residence was done by M Square Lifestyle Design, and the furniture, interior decoration and feature lights were by M Square Lifestyle Necessities.

There is a large basement on the lower side of the property occupying the slope of the stand. This basement creates a stepped effect on the stand. The house was well-designed with the high consideration in space programming which makes the spaces look large and each room has strong connection to another. There is also beautiful mixing between the outdoor and the indoor where the outdoor ambiance could be brought into indoor through the openings. The outdoor scene is framed dramatically that brings the natural ambiance into the rooms.
