This house was built in in a traditionally grown, 100-year-old garden suburb in south of Munich, Germany. The plot was large and it was possible to spread out. The Bembé Dellinger Architects have designed this house in a totally transparent ground floor with a clearly protruding upper level. The garden becomes the focused view rather than to the neighbours. A simple white tube with a saddle roof is the design of upper level. This floor was built without disturbing flashings and a flush roof covering made of white fibrous concrete.
