Zerafa Architecture Studio as designed the single-family house in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. This modern house is comprised of three distinct horizontal volumes, each with a specific material quality. The design was encouraged the richness of the site’s potential. The composition of the boxes allows the large covered terrace. The interior for the living space has 4,700 sq.ft.

The CG House is a mountain house in Monterrey, Mexico. The house sits on 17,250 sq. ft. site adjacent to the Sierra Madre Mountains generously. The house is clad with the brown/black volcanic stone, IPE wood, white stucco and steel. The large windows in the living room, dining and family rooms provide the vistas to the garden and make the interiors flooded with the light. The exterior and the interior are designed carefully results in beautiful harmony between in and out. This modern house was designed by GLR Arquitectos / Gilberto L. Rodríguez.
