This residential building was built with a central pool courtyard which is enclosed by the main living space and master suit. A series of floor to ceiling mahogany and glass sliding panels open onto the courtyard create a mixing between the interior and exterior. The interior is protected from the harsh Texas sun with the deep overhangs roof along the spaces which face the pool, while provide the covered outdoor living area.
Seeing this house between its neighbor’s houses, just like a sandwich because of its contrast. This modern contemporary house consists of three level plans and it was designed by Sweden architecture firm Elding Oscarson. He designed this townhouse in minimalist style and boasts the white monolithic façade. Inside the house, there are industrial-chic staircase and two loft areas, built-ins and large windows with an inner courtyard.
