This house in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan was designed for a couple by Shun Hirayama. The site is a mountainside that overviews a sea and a city. The concept design is creating feeling of walking on the hillside inside the house. So the design was considered what is should be there on a hill.

The Tamizo architects group has designed the single family house for a couple on the 697 sqm site area in Pabianice, Poland. The house should be modern, elegant, yet comfortable that is maximizing the sun come into the house but close to the neighborhood. The built up area of the house is 142,3 sqm with 325,7 sqm total area in three levels. The ground level comprised living room, kitchen, dining room, toilet and technical room. On the first level, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 big bathroom, wardrobe, and library. While the one big room for different sport activity, bathroom, sauna, and 2 patios are accommodated on the second level. The house performs modern minimalist with its black and white façade. The solid box was cut and organized proportionally to create awesome exterior.
