Located on a hill, this modern house was raised up in order to provide the vistas of vast valley. Also the design intends to create passive cooling for the house during the summer. The cantilevered metal roof protects the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors that passively cooling the house. The Architects Magnus finished the house design with modern contemporary interiors but still considered the natural elements.

This house is in Nichols Canyon, Los Angeles, CA. Designed in luxury, this Banyan tree house is perfect for retreat house, for staying out of the everyday business and traffic. So natural is the righteous word to describe this compact house. This natural house features wood structure which is raised 12 feet up on steel pillars and sunk into the base of a large pine tree. Functioned as an art studio, this luxury house finished in organic palette of oiled wood siding, mahogany windows and a Rheinzink roof, also blend the wood and glass material. this house was designed by RPA Architects.
