The house in “The Rivera” classic Santa Barbara site was designed with sustainale design. This is a small house with the mansion’s facilities, including two-car garage with open living/dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, guest bedroom and bath, home gym, powder room, two home offices with office bath, outdoor dining area, outdoor lounge areas, lap pool, and 1,400 square feet of lower-level storage.

The modern house with the vistas to the fields and Fyn beech forest was designed by Jeppe Utzon. This house is wonderful with two composite boxes in simple-gray of custom-made stone. The large windows set on the side with the view to the fields and forest. While the side facing to the neighbors, the windows are designed in very small and low. The interiors boast the open plan with the sliding doors and curtains for the simplicity.
